The person, not the pitch.

I work where operations, technology and creative direction overlap — usually by stepping into unfamiliar problems and finding a practical way through.

HB://OPERATING SYSTEM — 04 CONNECTED STRENGTHS

I use technology as a lever,
not a label.

I map workflows, prototype tools with AI and test what I build with real users. Technology runs through the way I operate; it is not a separate line on a skills list.

01

Initiative

Enter unfamiliar territory and learn what is missing.

02

Operations

See people, bottlenecks and deadlines as one system.

03

Creative direction

Turn rough ideas into clear visual and communication choices.

04

Practical decisions

Weigh trade-offs and move without waiting for perfect certainty.

I stay calm when plans change, learn the missing context quickly and care more about finding a workable answer than looking certain.

PRACTICAL NEXT STEP

I have worked in merchandise production, publishing, design, events and early software products. The common thread is not an industry. It is my habit of entering a system, understanding where it breaks and trying to make it run better.

I am comfortable learning new technology and using it to make work simpler. I have mapped custom workflow systems, directed AI-assisted product builds and taken working software from an idea to real-user testing.

At other times, the right answer has been human: hiring an operational team around an overloaded business, or calling off a product after its feasibility work failed. Both are part of the record.

03 Journey / selected coordinates

The route here was not linear.

good. it shouldn't be.

I turned unused household stock into a small Tupperware resale experiment — and earned my first ₹9,000.

OPERATIONS://2023

I co-founded the formal version of TheRandoms Studios and began learning sales, production and fulfilment by doing the work.

03 / 04

I ran SubahKeeChai every Sunday: research, writing, humour, publishing and the discipline of a deadline.

04 / 04

LEADERSHIP://2026

I led the Jai Hind Business Conclave outside campus for the first time, then stepped into a new cycle of products and experiments.

04 Beyond work / live signals

The rest matters too.

Work explains how I operate. Sport explains where some of that energy, perspective and persistence comes from.

Football is the one.

I have followed FC Bayern and Germany's DFB team for 12 years. I have also played, organised the Saifee Burhani Football League since 2023, and previously owned Randoms FC.

McLaren, for five years.

Formula 1 gives me a different kind of competition to follow: engineering, decisions under pressure and the tiny margins that decide an entire weekend.

FAST IS USELESS WITHOUT CONTROL.

03 / IN MOTIONACTIVE

Usually moving.

Football first, then badminton—and I am usually open to trying another sport. Physical activity is less a profile claim than a way I reset.
